Well rounded and full-bodied, with a distinctive character. Fantastic persistence, with hints of chocolate. The roast is powerful, but sweetened with flavours sweetened by skilfully-orchestrated, long and progressive cycles that enhance the excellent qualities of this wonderful coffee.
